Slug Rings is a family-run business based in Bath, Somerset. It’s run by Ruth and John, with a little help from Elsa, Lyra, Hamish and Benji the dog.
As a family with young children and pets we wanted something to use in our own garden that was a safe and effective alternative to slug pellets. We were introduced to Slug Rings by our friends and neighbours who started the company in 2002. When they asked if we’d be interested in taking over the business from them we jumped at the chance!
All the Slug Rings we sell are hand produced in our home workshop and we take great pride and pleasure in producing them to the highest quality.
As gardeners ourselves we love making something that works really well without damaging the delicate balance of the garden environment.
