My Slug Rings don’t work.

If for some reason you haven't had success with your Slug Rings, just drop us an email and we'll refund you.

My order was damaged in the post.

What a shame! Just send us a photo of the damaged item or packaging and we'll replace it for you.

My order was lost in the post.

Very occasionally a parcel gets lost in the post, if you have checked with the local sorting office that it hasn’t ended up there then please email us and we can send a replacement. We ask you wait a full 10 working days from postage before contacting us.

I missed the delivery, forgot to pick it up or reschedule delivery and now Royal Mail have sent it back

We're happy to either resend it or refund you (minus a £3 postage fee). Please be aware that it can take up to a month for undelivered items to be returned to the sender.
