My order was lost in the post.
Very occasionally a parcel gets lost in the post, if you have checked with the local sorting office that it hasn’t ended up there then please email us and we can send a replacement. We ask you wait a full 10 working days from postage before contacting us.
I missed the delivery, forgot to pick it up or reschedule delivery and now Royal Mail have sent it back
We're happy to either resend it or refund you (minus a £3 postage fee). Please be aware that it can take up to a month for undelivered items to be returned to the sender.
